so so job no warranty We had this company do a redo on a bad job from the first company. The owner said he could redo it but with no warranty but i cost the same as a warranty job. I agree with one of the previous comments about bad customer service alond with a so so job. There were rough spots on areas in the tub and they came back a fixed one but noticed more and the owner called and said his worker looked it over and there was nothing wrong with the job and he was tired of coming back out...warranty or no warranty if a p... read more
Thumbs down for the TubMedic We selected Bathtub Medic at the recommendation of our real estate broker. I was very disappointed with the finished work product and customer service. I could not recommend this company to any of my friends. Mediocre end results at a premium price. Wayne and company were often late and left early on a couple of engagements. Just o.k., not terrible but not great either Wayne and his team did the work, and the finished job as I guess what is satisfactory for this type of work - a few imperfections that I didn't notice until the job was done. Although my tub does not look totally new, I guess you get what you pay for including the minor things maybe only you the owner will notice since you just paid almost at thousand dollars to refinish. Saved Me $2,600!!!!! Wow! We developed a crack in our 10 year old Corian shower pan. Called the plumbers who installed it and they said it couldn't be repaired. Had to replace the whole thing for $2,800! Gulp. Found these guys through some referral service on the web. Man! Got back to me within minutes. Melanie came out the same day, pointed out to me it wasn't a crack per se, just a separation of the original seam. Said they could repair it with no problem. She also noted that we probably would not have to remove the shower... read more
