Very helpful and accommodating, overall good service
Excellent after Sales service from 'Bathroom village' (Jordan) problem rectified within a couple of days. The same can't be said about the installer of the items.
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Lovely, polite and helpful when you are buying from them and they want your money, but when anything goes wrong and you want some help or a replacement they are abusive and unhelpful. Told me I have misused a product that has developed a fault and no one else has ever had a problem with their products before. REALLY! The item is still under warranty by the way.
