Had an appointment with Sam at The Bathroom Showroom the first week in September, we went through everything for a bathroom refurbishment. She advised me that they had a sale on for the month. It was left that she would email me a CAD and then follow that up with a telephone call. I am still waiting (25 Oct!). No CAD was received and no follow up communication whatsoever.
