We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our bathroom, supplied via Ellie Borrows at City Plumbing Aintree, and fitted by an outstanding team via John Carr at JC Bathrooms. The service received from everyone involved has been excellent. They've all guided us well throughout, and their expertise and knowledge ensured we made the best of the space we had, so it's ended up even better than we imagined.
Honestly could not recommend the bathroom showroom and Ellie highly enough! From the second we walked in the doors she was amazing. She understood straight away what vibe we were going for with our bathroom and was so friendly, approachable and listened so carefully to everything we wanted. We told her our budget for the whole project and she said she would work within that budget which she 100% did! We bought our bathroom a little while ago from here, the price was fair and almost two years on the quality is still like new, even after over purchasing we were allowed to return some materials. All staff were lovely buy believe who assisted us in picking everything was Tony, would recommend!
