Waited over 10 mins for one staff member to finish a long order over the phone, whilst other staff members walking in and out without so much of a hello, can I help. Once they had finished they did not have the item in stock even though it showed in stock at the branch. A bit underwhelming really...
Great help over the phone from Keith Davies, Showroom Sales Manager when I was trying to decide on a Kudos wet room glass panel for my parents. He contacted another branch to check if there was my chosen one on display that I could see and made the whole order and delivery process much easier. Thank you Keith.
All I can say is that if you want to have your bathroom designed this is the place to go. Keith is absolutely brilliant at what he does and has vast amounts of knowledge. No attempts to upsell and just completely looks out for the customers and their needs. Would highly recommend!
