Lois was very competent, innovative and efficient. She provided a plan for downstairs cloakroom and was happy to make the corrections that we requested.
Lois was very helpful. Designed our bathroom exactly how we wanted it, nothing was too much trouble. Always saw us at a moments notice. Would definitely recommend using The Bathroom showroom.
We booked an appointment at the bathroom showroom with Lois to design a small ensuite. Lois was patient and very knowledgeable, talking through the options and guiding us with her expertise. We left shortly after having chosen everything under one roof and the mock up computer design and quote came through quickly so we could see our bathroom come to life before we committed.
We have just had 2 bathrooms completely fitted out by Lois - she was absolutely incredible. So patient, gave design ideas, troubleshotted anything needed, and responded very quickly. Honestly we couldnt be happier. The rest of the team in the store were equally as helpful and friendly and made any queries so easy. We would definitely recommend.
