Bridgette was amazing to deal with, so helpful with advise and recommendations, nothing was too much to ask. Extremely responsive and so friendly. Even though our renovation was in the Sunshine Coast I still chose to deal with Bridgette at Bathroom Biz, and glad we did. Will definitely be back to them for our next bathroom. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service, and the attitude of one of your staff members. Where to start.. - Didn’t deliver my order when they said they would; I had to chase them up several times to find out what was going on and they tried to say there was a “delivery emergency”, but then admitted that my items hadn’t even left the warehouse. - Said they’d call to rearrange delivery, never did, and then just showed up at my house the next day. - Forgot to deliver one of my items, and then when someone came back to ... read more
We are just starting our bathroom renovation journey with Bathroom Biz and the first step has been great. A special thank you to Bridgette for her time, patience and expertise…she made our selection experience very easy and stress-free. We had two bathrooms done at once. Peter the owner is very reliable, has good ideas for bathrooms and came back twice (promptly) at our bidding post-completion to fix up the very small issues we had with the jobs. His team of chippies, sparkies, tilers, plumbers, painters and the glass fitter were all friendly, helpful, cheerful, careful and good at their trade.
