Attempt to deflect negative review by The Bathroom Biz. My wife wrote a recent non-flattering, yet honest review of our two recent disappointing experiences with The Bathroom Biz. It appears that Peter and Vicky (owners) have chosen to pass comments unrelated to either transaction in their responses, in a blatant attempt to deflect our feedback. We recently engaged The Bathroom Biz to update two of our bathrooms, laundry floor and a toilet area. Unfortunately, despite the premium price tag, not a great experience. We found their Showroom selection process (at both their Sumner and Brendale showrooms) for fixtures, fittings and tiles lacking; we had expected to be knowledgeably guided by experienced staff, or even better - like Kitchen Designers, been able to view our rooms via a computer rendering to visualize the different finishes. Great experience! Super friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Gave us a number of options within our budget and the ordering and pick up process was seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
