I had great service from everyone at Bathworks and the quality of the fittings was exceptional. They sent me an interactive brochure with 3D images of what my bathroom would look like, which was lovely to show all my friends/family. I was kept up to date with timings and had no issues at all with the process. Thanks especially to Charlie who was amazing and always came back to my queries very quickly.
When we decided to convert a spare bedroom into a dressing room and en-suite we were a bit daunted by the prospect of finding all of the fixtures and fittings etc ourselves. Our original intention had been to source everything via the internet, but this soon became an enormous task and there was too much choice. We were recommended The Bath Works by the plumber we had employed.
