Found a beautiful spa here to be installed at our new home in the Spring. Looking forward to working with this company in the future. So far, excellent service and great selection.
New customer from here on. I'm sold after having them service my spa. My service cost 1/3 the price of service from Steepleton who formerly worked on spa since they installed it incorrectly. Steepleton wanted more than twice the internet price for a pump with three times the cost to reinstall.
Good prices but were out of the tub we wanted.
We found Bath & Outstore to be very reasonable with their pricing .We liked that they listened to our needs and suggested the right fit for our needs. Equally the gentleman that installed the hot tub was professional,punctual and knowledgeable.He took the time to walk me through the maintenance of my new purchase before leaving . Very satisfied .
Wanted to thank the guys at The Bath & Outdoor Store for helping transport a Hot Tub and answering any questions I had regarding hot tub operation. I will continue to use them for product upkeep and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in the market for a hot tub or bath installation.
