I was a little hesitant as the sink I bought was about 20-25% cheaper on Bath1 than the same sink (with different hole cuts) on BB&B and other sites I could find it on (seemed too good to be true). Did my research, confirmed it was a legit business, and placed my order. After I ordered, received email confirmation and notice that I'd get another message after it shipped. The timing on our remodel got bumped up. We ordered a Brizzo shower kit from Bath1 on a VERY tight delivery schedule. Spoke to customer service before ordering to make sure - they were SO helpful! Made sure we got the piece on time AND the price was great. Nice people, great service. Would definitely order from them again.
I ordered shower doors But one of the tracks was dented and Home Depot lost one of my towel bar handles. I called the company and a real live person answered the phone immediately. (It was a miracle!) I told him my problem and he had to locate the parts and ship them out. He kept me informed and up-to-date of progress. They were shipped the next day and arrived, the day after that. Amazing customer service!
Installed two Transolid Linear Transtone shower bases in a high end mountain home. Excellent pan bases with solid feel and great look. Inspected bases when I received them but then later my wife noticed a very small defect in texture area on one base after installation. Contacted Shelby in customer service and they shipped me out a professional repair kit made specially for this Transtone material. Excellent company interested in not only the sale but the satisfaction after install.
