Had a great experience with bath 1 , started in november of 2024, amazon made a big mess on an order for a bathroom sink , Long story short bath 1 customer service went above and beyond to fix it but the best part was my wife broke the new sink may of 2025 and customer service jumper to the rescue again. This company and there people are 100 percent for customer satisfaction. Thank you Folks and Bath 1 !!

I was a little hesitant as the sink I bought was about 20-25% cheaper on Bath1 than the same sink (with different hole cuts) on BB&B and other sites I could find it on (seemed too good to be true). Did my research, confirmed it was a legit business, and placed my order. After I ordered, received email confirmation and notice that I'd get another message after it shipped.
