Stay away from this company. we ordered a 3 part shower stall and the website said 3-5 day delivery. after several phone calls back and fourth we kept getting the run around on the delivery date. now over a month later the order is abruptly cancelled and they said they "lost the shipment" Not only do we have to start from scratch we are over a month without a shower stall, the contractor is in a bind too with scheduling jobs. very poor customer service. go to lowes or home depo.
I was shipped the incorrect item but Rita was excellent in getting the correct item out quickly. I received it within a day or two and my project is back on track. Huge thank you for the great customer service 🙌🏼
Terrific, personal service! I had to return an item (not theur fault) and Bath1 emailed me a postage-paid FedEx label and credited my credit card in a jiff, smooth as silk. The staff identified themselves by name and couldn't have been more pleasant or efficient. I would purchase from them again for sure.
Bath1 is the best. I had to take down my grab bars, Jolie shelf (pictured below), and remove some very poorly caulking and with all the mess I lost a key needed to reattach my Jolie shelf. Bath1 saved me by sending me another key. Truly a blessing to work with company that comes to the rescue when another ‘senior moment’ just happens in life. Special shoot out to Jennifer Laws.
Give this company your business! This company has the best customer service which I have not had since the 1900's. People answer their phone, easily and quickly, not a robot. They solve your problem on the spot. They do not say they are not allowed to help you or take your name and number for someone to call you back and never to be heard from again.
