Bath1 is the best. I had to take down my grab bars, Jolie shelf (pictured below), and remove some very poorly caulking and with all the mess I lost a key needed to reattach my Jolie shelf. Bath1 saved me by sending me another key. Truly a blessing to work with company that comes to the rescue when another ‘senior moment’ just happens in life. Special shoot out to Jennifer Laws.
Give this company your business! This company has the best customer service which I have not had since the 1900's. People answer their phone, easily and quickly, not a robot. They solve your problem on the spot. They do not say they are not allowed to help you or take your name and number for someone to call you back and never to be heard from again. Had a great experience with bath 1 , started in november of 2024, amazon made a big mess on an order for a bathroom sink , Long story short bath 1 customer service went above and beyond to fix it but the best part was my wife broke the new sink may of 2025 and customer service jumper to the rescue again. This company and there people are 100 percent for customer satisfaction. Thank you Folks and Bath 1 !!
