They squeezed me in today to view a bathtub in their showroom and to get some initial information The woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and recommended I book an hour consultation appointment for more details.
Jessica has been very helpful and has been working hard to make sure I get the right materials.
We wanted two different, fairly specialized bathroom devices. Instead of the 4 to 6 weeks I expected, on the first item Jessica was able to locate and have it shipped within a couple days. A week later I called her again, she was able to locate and ship the 2nd item. It came in broken, and she immediately processed credit and they were able to find a great replacement. Don't expect to walk in and get assistance. They want you to make an appointment. Our plumber refered us to look for a kitchen faucet, the woman working there did not even look up from the client she was trying to help to say some will be with you in a minute or go away I'm busy. We looked around, lots of faucets, no information or even prices, so we left after looking about 15 minutes. Their website is difficult to look things up on also. Not helpful when your kitchen faucet is trying to flood your kitchen.
Very helpful, and courteous staff. Allison went out of her way to help educate me on different products to make sure that I was very satisfied. This will be my new place to go for my bathroom needs!
