I was very excited at the possibility of getting our bathroom fixed as we desperately need it and Bath Planet was highly rated. However due to a technical error the technician wasn't able to make it. Ido understand errors happen and the manager and technician both reached out to apologize. I will update this post or write a new review based on what happens going forward.
