Trevor has been FANTASTIC for me. Cannot stress enough how much he has eased the burden of buying my first home. I went under contract with a new construction property (The Ludlow) prior to its completion and have run into nightmare upon nightmare situation, from failure to disclose, blatant lies, incorrect information and multiple attempts from the seller and seller’s agent to overwrite my financial contingency in documents post-contract.
