I arrived early on a Sunday morning to visit the Basin Picnic Area in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. I walked in through the track from the car park, which took about 30 minutes and was a fairly easy walk. When I first reached the camping area I was surprised to see how busy and crowded it already was for a Sunday morning.
