The Basement Spin Studio is such a great studio. Every instructor is so encouraging and motivating in their own way. Such a great workout, always leave feeling so much better.
So good for fitness and mental health. Instructors are kind, encouraging and knowledgeable!! Would 10/10 recommend! Visiting the area?!? They have shoes available aswell as swag for purchase. Jenn P
Never has riding a bike been so much fun! The instructors create a safe environment for people to come to. And it’s more than just spin: Barre, Bike N Step, Step N Sculpt classes are offered as well.
The basement spin studio is a comfortable and welcoming environment with instructors that are encouraging and empowering.
Fun, busy little space in Watrous to get a good workout in that always feels like a party! The whole team at TBSS brings a great energy and they are always adding a growing new challenges to the workout!
