Great gym! Really well equipped and always clean and organised, staff are super friendly and helpful
Really love this gym! It’s got all the equipment I need, everything’s well looked after. The steam room and sauna are a cute little extra after a workout. The personal training sessions are great too — Forest and Marcus are super friendly, motivating, and really know their stuff. Truly a welcoming neighborhood spot where it’s easy to feel comfortable and get a good workout in.
Great gym with a clean, well-kept space. Good vibes all around and the sauna & steam room is amazing. All the staff are super friendly—special shoutout to Jayjay, who’s always been blessed, welcoming and ready to help. Definitely recommend the Basement for anyone looking for a motivating cool place to work out. -/ Ive been having trouble with the WIFI recently. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
A Truly Exceptional Gym Experience I’ve only been a member for a few months, but this gym has already made a huge impact on my strength and overall wellbeing.
