The Basement Gym is great. The team is always extremely welcoming and friendly - JJ is a superstar, always on top of things and so helpful. Josephine has also been particularly helpful!! It’s rarely too busy, and the machines are clean and work very well. The shakes are fantastic too! 🤩

I have been to alot of gyms in London, but this is probably one of the best ones. The staff are so welcoming. Shout out to Fateha she was so lovely, she showed me around and answered any questions I had. My go to gym now
My husband and I absolutely love this place! Everyone's amazing here but special mention to Fateha, always going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work guys!
By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a gym. the staff at basement LDN are so supportive. They so helpful and welcoming. I love the community that exist there compared to other gyms. Fateha was very helpful, she helped me get set up at the gym and felt so comfortable to ask her for help whenever I needed. Not to mention the lovely smoothies they make!
