Could not ask for better service. I got my hair done by Amanda. She did an amazing job with the length and texture of my hair. Exactly what I asked for, not many people know how to cut my hair. 10/10 recommend.
Natalie your Amazing!! I truly recommend this hair salon. I came to a medical conference and since I have not pampered myself for over 1yr I decided last min cut. Omg!! felt like spa day for me. The ladies do take care of you from taking last min walk-ins, washing, cutting and blowout. FYI came down from Downtown LA. Happy Holidays!! In love with my new look!! Love, love love it!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel I need to recommend this business given the excellent service. I visited The Basement Salon on Dec 4 for a haircut while my family and I were in the Palm Desert area for a week, and I was glad to have found this salon. The owner and senior stylist, Amanda, is a true professional. She is so warm, friendly, and makes you feel at ease. Amanda specializes in all tools, particularly scissor trim and natural finish. I had such a great experience! My hair was definitely a challenge when I walked in, but Amanda completely transformed it. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and somehow made my hair look better than I imagined. I left feeling confident and so happy with the result. Highly recommend, she truly has magic hands!
Disappointed to say the least. $175 + 26 tip for blotchy patches on my hair. I wanted money piece and more light to my face instead I got this!
