Great operation, friendly, good programs for all ages
I visited the Basement Gym as a guest with a Day Pass. The staff was friendly and got me check-in quickly. The gym has an amazing amount of equipment with tons of Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Cardio gear. Can’t recommend the Basement Gym enough. I will definitely come back to workout again. The only con is I live too far away for it to be my primary gym.
I love The Basement Gym in St. Charles. It has an awesome atmosphere — focused, no fluff, just people working hard and getting better. The equipment is solid, the space is well laid out, and it’s the kind of place where you can really train without distractions. There’s something special about the culture there.
