Very happy with the results and would especially like to give a shoutout to Shawn and Jesse. Shawn came by for the initial inspection and to talk shop and I appreciate how thorough and informative he was about everything. Whereas other places I got quotes from only looked at the walls based off visual, Shawn actually measured the walls to see how bad the bowing was so I could get the right repairs for each wall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me paint you a picture: at one point, my basement looked like a quarry had a disagreement with a concrete plant. Buckets of rubble everywhere, chunks of floor demolished, drain trench cut along the entire perimeter — and yet somehow, Phil and his crew from Basement Experts made it all disappear like it never happened. We had moisture seepage through the concrete block wall in our basement. Phil assessed the problem and a crew installed interior drainage, an enlarged sump, and a whole basement dehumidifier. The system is working well and we would recommend “The Basement Expert.”
