Lee came out to service my parent’s home. He was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind to know that my elderly parents receive not only excellent, but trustworthy service from the Basement Doctor of WV!
Canceled the job without even calling me. Very unprofessional, took the day off from work just to have my inspection canceled. I was told they can't help with my foundation. They have not even looked at the foundation or see a picture.
Provided great service. Made recommendation for continued peak system performance. Clearly explained primary pump backup system. System tech was Lee Conway.
Lee Conway was very helpful servicing my sump pumps and suggesting options for improving efficiency. He installed my new pump and answered my questions.
Employee Lee Conway was very professional and explained everything.
