I had a guy come to my house yesterday to give me an estimate. He told me that he couldn't do an inspection because there is insulation in between my floor joists being held up by " chicken wire". First of all its not chicken wire and second the main beam should still be visible. He just didn't want to crawl into the crawlspace because he saw a spider outside on a board.
