Lee Conway was our outstanding technician today. He did an over-the -top excellent job installing a new system. Explained things as he went, showing us how bad the old system was. Because of his work ethic we can give FIVE STARS PLUS!
Lee was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He always does a great job. The Basement Doctor is a solid business that stands by their work.
Inspection was quick and easy! Lee Conway, who completed the inspection, was on time, helpful, and friendly.
Lee Conway does great. He has serviced our sump pump twice and has done a great job both times.
