The project was completed in a timely manner. I do, however, have a pair of sunglasses, a razor- blade knife, and a very expensive mixer paddle for cement that were left at my place. I would recommend The Basement Doctor to anyone needing work in their cellar/basement.
Keith H and David J were friendly, efficient, and competent. They also ensured the area was tidy before leaving. I appreciated their professionalism.
David and Dennis were great. They restored the slope of several sections of our driveway turnaround and did a very nice job filling a difficult void under our patio. They were friendly, efficient, and left everything looking good. I highly recommend The Basement Doctor !
From the initial contact with Kevin Brandenburg to the install with Kevin and David J, everything went smoothly and as expected. Kevin was very thorough with his estimate, information, and was on time for the appointment. Kevin and David did a superior job and even addressed any questions or concerns we had with a smile on their faces. Who knew that the basement doctor also leveled fallen concrete walk ways. Wish we would have done this years ago. Thank you!
Dennis and Dave called ahead and arrived a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. Completed the work and cleaned up earlier than expected. And answered all my questions. Good job - no complaints!
