Basement Doctor expected us to accept their proposal (received at 9PM) same day while we were sleeping. Clearly, that couldn't happen and the salesperson indicated it was "illegal" to continue the offer despite the written 30 day acceptance period. When asked specifically what law was being violated, there was no response. Very sketchy, in my opinion.
Keith H and Alex S were very professional. They knew their products and and knew how to best take care of our issues. The finished product looks great.
Josh and the Guys were very personable and work done in a very timely manner
I highly recommend Kevin (Sales) and his team of Keith and Alex (Sr. Concrete Leveling Tech Lead and Trainee) for your concrete leveling project! The entire team went above and beyond to make this a successful project, involving me and communicating from start to finish! When you combine a great product with excellent Customer Service you have an extremely satisfied customer!
