Very poor experience with the basement crew. We made our 1st payment on 11/24/2021 and were provided with a detailed schedule stating that our project would be completed by 4/1/2022. After numerous delays, cancellations, no shows, etc. we ended up at the beginning of August 2022 with the project still not completed. Paul and Chris made a long time dream come to reality. After several disappointments with other companies that did not return calls, insisted on changing our design or simply didn’t bother to show up to give an estimate, TBC showed us what a professional company could do. From start to finish they kept the lines of communication open and kept us in touch with the trades. The trades were excellent in there skills and wonderful to have working in our home. Chris and his guys were very professional and expedited their services so we could move Into our house. Very respectful and honest. Definitely qualities hard to come by these days. Would always refer them to friends and family.
The Basement Crew did excellent work! It was a stress free experience, the guys were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves, which was great since I have pets and was worried about that. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!
