The visit was quite disappiinting. My niece and I visited your salon on Saturday. I had a gel pedicure, and my niece received a gel mani-pedi combo. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. My pedicure was generally fine, but I noticed that the cuticles were not properly removed, leaving a visible gap (as shown in the attached photo with blue polish). I called in to see if they had availability for a full set and a pedicure Sunday Oct 5, I wanted to treat myself. I arrived on time for my appointment and the salon was empty, so I had one person working on my pedicure and the other for my full set. My pedicure was rushed I never had a chance to soak my feet, they just went in to get wet and then service started, my ingrown nail is painful still.
