I booked a "one hour pedicure appointment," which was supposed to include callus removal. I felt rushed as soon as I got in the door. 45 minutes later it was wham, bam, thank you ma'am. They didn't remove the calluses on my pinky toes, even though I pointed them out and requested that they be removed three times. Plus they charged me a "full hour" appointment for 45 minutes. The girl that did my pedicure was obviously distracted and inattentive. Very dissatisfied.
