We were pre-approved for a loan for a 2014 Hyundai Veloster that we had seen on Facebook from this place. We live an hour away is the reason for the pre-approval prior to purchase. We drove to SLC on Saturday November 16th to look at the car and really liked it. We told them if the car was still available on Monday we would come down and purchase the car. Scam alert. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sold me a car knowing that the transmission was slipping. When I called and asked if they would help me at all they were completely rude. They wouldn’t work with me at all and completely scammed me. Horrible business and people. Completely scamming people into buying broken cars.
Do not touch anything that these guys sell. I just bought a $12,000 car from them about a month ago. It started to act funny almost immediately, and we took it to the dealership who says that it needs a brand new transmission, which costs over half the value of the car. I reached out and gave them the opportunity to make the situation right whether that be helping with the cost of the repair or buying back the car altogether. Beware!!! These men sold my young daughter a car that they knew was having transmission problems!! Very rude when she spoke with them about the problem that will cost more than half of what she paid for the car to fix. If you are looking for a car I would not recommend buying one here!
I wish I could give them 0 stars! Not only did they sell us a horrible car (and hide it from us the whole time), this dealer was so rude and unprofessional! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are not worth your time
