If you gonna work the pharmacy counter you could atleast educate yourself and offer proper alternatives. I went in to ask for sudafed and they were out. Perfectly 👌 acceptable, but then the lady starts to offer me antihistamines as an alternative I was shocked 😲. Not even close to what I was looking for! Could of pointed me in the direction of the non over the counter and that would of made more sense 🤔 so confused as to why you would even offer those....
The changeover has been a disaster, it’s no fault of the pharmacy staff at this location, or the store manager here. The app hasn’t refilled correctly lately and prescriptions were not ready. My partner had 3 birthdays in their system and her maiden name under the correct birthday. We’ve had half a dozen prescriptions need to be re-done and billed correctly to insurance. Really disappointed in RiteAid’s system they moved Bartells to after acquiring Bartell Drugs.
