Had a great weekend away with the girlfriend here. everything was perfect and loved the wildlife of a morning. Would recommend if you are in the mood for a country getaway. Dungog is about 25 Minutes away and has everything you need to enjoy your weekend away. i also really liked the fireplace and spa in the cabin. Awesome
Awful!! Gone into liquidation and I paid $600 in full for my accomodation back in March 2016 for my stay next week September, 16 and only just found out that they have gone into administration. I had no notification or phone call or anything! It was only because I phoned to make an adjustment that I discovered that their phone is disconnected. The website says closed until further notice. Where was my notice. My bank NAB won't refund me the money or even put in a dispute! So now no family holiday during the school holidays a... read more
Disgraceful that this establishment could treat people in this way. I had a booking through Scoopon for December and only found out by looking at the webpage......fortunately I will be getting a refund through Scoopon hopefully. The Resort did not even notify me and I am sure many other people would be in the same position and would not know about the closure......very poor treatment.
I also lost money booking this resort - only found out they were closed when I rang to make an adjustment to the meal plan. Pretty crap that nobody notified us of the closure. If you booked this resort through SCOOPON they will refund the money you paid for the resort - they refunded me on the spot. I am going through ASIC and/or Department of Fair Trading (they are in debate over who takes carriage of this mess) to try and re-coup the money for meals pre-purchased.
