The instructors are great and the I enjoyed the barre work and yoga flows but the classes always end up being overly crowded. For multiple Barre and hot yoga classes the room was so packed that it felt claustrophobic and it was difficult to complete the movements during the flow without accidently hitting your neighbor. I would enjoy the classes more if the classes has less people packed in.

The barre classes here are truly unlike anything I’ve experienced! Each class is beautifully choreographed and always unique, so you get a full body workout that never feels repetitive. The studio itself is clean, thoughtfully designed, and absolutely beautiful—every detail is clearly considered. Thank you for such consistently amazing classes!🩷
my favorite place to be! there is a class for everyone and the possibilities are endless. I love all of the different formats of classes available and the instructors are unmatched. best group fitness out there! :)
