This studio is amazing! The classes are always a challenge, and the instructors are incredibly motivating and attentive. Form is reinforced throughout all classes, and the community of women are so amazingly strong and encouraging.

The team at The Barre Valencia are unparalleled! They are both skilled and capable while remaining connected to the challenges that are faced by those of us less skilled and capable. 🙃. I always recommend the barre Valencia because it is the best studio experience I have ever had, and the classes are amazing for anyone wanting to be stronger, leaner, and more flexible.
