Absolutely phenomenal - such great workouts - great instructors - so glad to have this here in Englewood, Fl!
Great atmosphere, variety of Barre classes. Beginner barre, Zen Barre, Bootcamp Barre and Meditation Barre. I tried one like it so much I do them all! Plus I earned my certification and you will find me there teaching Barre.
Love Love Love the Barre Studio. Wonderful class selection and times. Great variety and never overcrowded for classes but book in advance! Two thumbs up and the owner Rikki is an absolute Doll!

Excellent workout! Originally nervous that this would be too much "ballet" for my uncoordinated self, I was more than pleasantly surprised! The workout was easy to follow with Rikki helping us all make adjustments as needed. I definitely felt like I got a great workout without killing myself on the treadmill! What a nice change! Everything about the studio is fresh and new. Great little spot.
