I started going to the barre room at 7 months post partum! The atmosphere is very motivating and encouraging, the teachers are knowledgeable, and the workouts are great! I’m so excited to continue my journey here and see where it takes me!
The Barre Room!! I can’t say enough about how happy I am to be able to go to this fun workout studio! Here you will find varied and ever changing workouts in a small group setting. The instructors are caring and motivating and are always thinking of new ways to push and inspire us. If you are looking for a workout that will hold your interest, this is it!!! The Barre Room is my happy place! I have exercised all my life and experiencing barre has been life changing for me. It has been a transformation of mind, body and soul. As much as I love taking all the different classes the Barre Room has to offer I love the community of supportive women just as much. Truly cannot say enough good things about this studio! The Barre Room offers a variety of enjoyable classes for any level. The instructors are fun, energetic and motivating. This community is so supportive & uplifting and I always look forward to my weekly classes! Come give it a try!!
i’ve loved adding barre classes to my fitness regimen, and the barre room is honestly the best fitness studio i’ve been to and i’ve been to my fair share. the classes are diverse, challenging and fun. the instructors are kind and motivating and supportive. the class price is also super affordable. i feel SO grateful that this studio opened in Lockport. it was a much needed asset and has become a place that i truly cherish so much!
