I took my first Barre Effect class today and what a wonderful (and humbling) experience! The Pilates/Flexibility class was the perfect mix of challenging movements and restorative stretching. The management and students were incredibly welcoming and I didn’t feel intimidated at all, despite having never taken a Pilates class before and despite not having worked out in months. I walked out feeling strong and limber. I will absolutely be returning and would recommend this studio to a friend.
