The instructors are great! I also love that you’re able to make every class your own depending on what your body is capable of doing.
Barre3 north is fantastic. The owners are welcoming, the studio is clean, and the workout is great! They have child care too! I would recommend to anyone needing functional movement in their routine!
I love coming to Barre3. I come to this place and one other for my fitness classes and between the two I feel well rounded and also very sore 😅 the classes here are easy to follow and the instructors are great at giving modifications which I definitely use in my weaker areas. I never have a problem booking a class and there are always plenty of time options unlike some other places in town. I recommend Barre for anyone looking to tone muscle, lose weight or even find a community. This place is very welcoming.
Barre3 North is amazing! The ladies are so helpful, and they radiate positivity and energy. I look forward to every class, the best part of my day!
I just completed my 15th class, and my biggest love of the classes are the variations from class to class. The teachers switch things up and provide a great variety of options for each move to ensure you feel comfortable and challenged. Plus, the music is great! On another note, the studio is always so clean and tidy!
