Love the community Barre3 provides. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I can count on a quality workout each time I go and I know I can modify the moves to work for my body. I’ve been going for more than a year and am not bored as the routines change and there are a variety of classes to take.

If you're looking for somewhere to start working out in Spokane this is the place! The instructors are so kind, knowledgeable and supportive it's incredible. It's a friendly environment where anyone with any level of experience can go. 10/10 recommend!

Taking that first Barre3 class was one of the best decisions I ever made. The instructors are encouraging, the classes are challenging, the studio is inclusive. I love the philosophy that we are training for real life.
