Great Barre location. Lots of classes. I love that they recommend you work out at your level and give modification recommendations. Various class options and times.
First time there and it was amazing!! I really enjoyed the friendly and inclusive atmosphere! I wasn’t sure what to expect going in as far as intensity since the description for the class was a full body work out but it completely delivered + more! It’s a super effective workout but all levels, beginner to advanced, are going to feel satisfied taking this class! This is how I start my day off right at 5:30 am. Barre code always has such a positive, come as you are energy, that I can’t get enough of. I truly enjoy every single class I go to and my day is better for it each and every time. HIGHLY recommend!
