Great Barre location. Lots of classes. I love that they recommend you work out at your level and give modification recommendations. Various class options and times.
First time there and it was amazing!! I really enjoyed the friendly and inclusive atmosphere! I wasn’t sure what to expect going in as far as intensity since the description for the class was a full body work out but it completely delivered + more! It’s a super effective workout but all levels, beginner to advanced, are going to feel satisfied taking this class!
