Joined a friend for a free barre class and found that I love this style of exercise & studio! I am currently in the 2 week trial & already decided that I will continue. The instructors provide plenty of accommodations and the mix of music makes each workout very enjoyable but still challenging! ♥️🧘♀️ I also love Marisa’s little weather reports
I love barre3! This studio a lovely place to work out. All 3 formats (signature, strength and cardio) are fun and the time goes by so fast!
Love this place! All of the instructors are knowledgeable, and encouraging. The classes are challenging but doable. Very welcoming atmosphere.
Barre 3 northville studio is a safe and empowering space to move your body and gain community no matter what season you’re in with fitness. There are opportunities to pick up heavier weights or modify for an injury or pre/postpartum. The play lounge offers my daughter a fun place to play and socialize while I get my “me” time. :)
