Wonderful Barre studio in Downtown Denver. If you want a challenging workout, this is the place. Candice and her team go above and beyond to provide a quality workout experience. Also the special events are always fun!

The Barre Code is my favorite escape from the work week; fifty minutes dedicated to my personal growth in a fun, fast-paced environment. I absolutely love the classes - the upbeat playlists, the lighting, and the instructors who are encouraging and motivating. Dante and Lauren push me to be my strongest self. Hands down, one of my favorite workout classes in Denver!
