The barre is an amazing place. I walked in a year ago not knowing anyone or if I would commit to working out here. I have never taken a barre class, but I do take their full sweat classes. The classes are fun, you feel welcomed by every person, and you’ll become addicted. The instructors are all AMAZING and make you feel seen. My slow flow class today at the Barre was phenomenal! Cindi was amazing, encouraging, and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of experience level. The class was well-paced, with a perfect balance of stretching, movement, and relaxation. I left feeling refreshed, more flexible, and a whole less stressed than when I arrived. The staff at The Barre are welcoming and friendly, the space is calming and clean, help and modifications are available during class if needed. The music selection is always so good and the classes are challenging in the best ways. The Barre is a special place! 🩷
