Oh my god it is so loud here I’ve lived in the barracks for about four years and I’m so happy to be moving somewhere else. The first year I lived in a newer and quieter house. But then I moved to a different part of the area and oh boy. It’s driving me crazy. Good place to live, responds to maintenance calls quickly. There may be a lot of parties, but you generally can hear it since the walls are thick. You will get caught by the train a lot.
Great first place to live and good for college students who are looking to have everything relatively close and having fun amenities.
The best place I have lived at in College Station. The neighborhood is amazing and the great community makes you feel right at home!
