Charged my daughters account a bedroom paint & clean charge of $187. She did not move out. 2 other roommates moved out. I called on 8/21/26 when I noticed the charge that was automatically paid due to my autopay turned on. I was told to email accounting@arenagrp.com and maintenance@arenagrp.com. And I did on 8/21/26. Collections specialist asked for more details on 8/21/26 that I provided. Again, that my daughter did NOT move and no one painted or cleaned her room. EDITED: STAY AWAY Owner “response,” lol. The other rooms were locked by management for the majority of her one-year lease. No one lived in them. Yet the documentation provided to justify the charges shows a small oak leaf on the carpet, walls with no visible damage, and a toilet with a water ring—which is hardly surprising when a toilet has not been flushed for over a year. This place is horrible! They charged my son and each of his roommates $1000 each when he moved out! This was after they cleaned the place! Do not move here!
Pretty unique property with a variety of apartments and units of different size and comfort all in all pretty pretty nice but their deposit situation is absolutely crazy. Five person Dorm each person with $1000 deposit. Checklist before move-in checklist after move-in nothing on the walls on a drop on the carpet. the WORST living experience ever. MOLD INFESTED!!! Sent a maintenance request and they just painted over it. We came back in the summer and it was GROWING ON OUR STUFF and out of the FLOOR (they blamed it on us of course!)!!! Something was always broken and we always got charged for it!! RANDOM CHARGES ALL THE TIME! horrible and mean service if you need help!! I could go on and on. Neighborhood was great, just get a privately owned house and you’ll be fine!
