Please read the recent 1 star reviews. All of what they said in the 1 star reviews is true and I would take a polygraph on it. I too did not receive my $1000 security deposit. My folks and I spend 9 hours, 9 HOURS deep cleaning the place since my privileged roommates just dipped/moved out without helping. We needed that deposit to survive. Now I'm struggling financially badly. I had zero damages in my room, yet still got charged for damages, cleaning and etc. This place is a scam and a money grab for whoever owns this place.... read more
Moved out in May, barely stayed in my room at all they're charging me $445 for "damages" that aren't there. I sent in a video to the barracks and the collection email. They haven't opened it in 10 days and are going to take the money out of my bank account while Im actively disputing and they are ignoring me. Arena group turned the barracks into a scammy company. Just sad.
I've had 2 children live in 2 different townhomes in this complex. Love the location! Overall, no big complaints. Maintenance requests take a bit to be resolved. Especially frustrating when you're dealing with washer and dryer issues - which was common with both children. Move-out was less than desirable. Utilities the last month are either actual or averaged. We chose averaged to keep things simple - allowed us to pay in advance and be done.
