Horrible Company. Stay far away. Black Mold is covered in our daughter’s unit with three other girls. The girls lived there last year, we voiced concerns about the mold/mildew smell, the dampness all last year, nobody ever responded. We paid rent all summer so that our daughter’s did not have to move again. We showed up today after being gone all summer, and mold is everywhere. First year went great, but towards the end of my lease I got a random $50 charge after I already made my monthly payment and it accumulated $200 of late fees. When I spoke to them about it, they removed the late fees and never told what the $50 charge is for. My Roomates never got that $50 charge. For my payment of August, my Roomates bills are $834, but mine is $950 from sudden additions to the bill while my Roomates are still $834. Great location, but the payments are concerning.
Terrible customer service and ran very poorly do not waste your time and money with these people. They don’t tell you everything you need to know.
EDIT: Since the management team rather be keyboard warriors instead of speaking to me directly, these are some of the Texas Property Codes that they seemed to forget about: 1. Failure to Repair – Texas Property Code § 92.056 Under Texas Property Code § 92.056, tenants have the right to terminate their lease early if the landlord fails to make repairs that materially affect the health or safety of an ordinary tenant. Do not live here. First year is great then the second year you get more random charges that they “forgot” to make us pay since the beginning. Maintenance guys if you can ever get them out there are super nice but that takes awhile. Multiple of our maintenance requests were never fixed they just put it in the system that it was fixed when they never came and looked at. Moving out is absolutely horrendous and more random charges.
