Wonderful venue! Spacious, clean, and extremely accommodating for event setups and vendor load-ins. Our soft play setup fit perfectly in the space for a wedding anniversary with kids. We’d love to work here again!
Worst customer service. We had booked this place for my baby shower but due to some complications my baby arrived early we contacted them for cancellation and asked what their policy looked like for the same as we were never emailed any policies other than the receipt of token amount. After multiple attempts of visting the place and calling them no response is received yet. My wife and I had an amazing experience with The Baron! The entire team was wonderful to work with, and we always felt welcomed and supported throughout the planning process. Sunny was consistently warm, kind, and helpful, and Madison truly went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly communicative, friendly, and made us feel so well taken care of every step of the way.
