I bartended a wedding here. The owners were excellent and very helpful. The venue was very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend the Barnstone if you are looking for a great venue.
This is a great venue for a rustic wedding. Ceremony was outside on the lawn. Reception was in the large barn. There is a huge wheelchair ramp on the side of the barn. It was doable in my power wheelchair. If you have a manual wheelchair plan on needing a push. The driveway is mostly gravel. I was able to negotiate it with my power wheelchair. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this as a very good option for your wedding.
The Wooster, OH High School Class of 1980 held our 45th year Class Reunion at The Barnstone on Back Orrville Rd on September5-6, 2025. Not only does The Barnstone do an excellent job of catering to Rustic Weddings...it is a terrific venue for group outings and reunions! Thanks again, Doug and Kitty House!
