The Barndo Co. took my plan, and had it converted to construction drawings and began work on my new much smaller home from what I had lived in for 50 plus years. Everything was thoroughly explained to me prior to us moving forward so I knew exactly what to expect in pricing and what I would be receiving. I’d highly recommend them for their standard model builds, but if you want anything custom- they cannot get fair pricing. We had a bad experience with high turnover on their sales team, which led to inconsistent communication on pricing. I think they took on more than they could handle with our project, which ultimately caused us to use a different builder.

We started the design process with Barndo in 2022, began the build in 2023, and wrapped everything up in 2024. This was our first time building a home, so there was definitely a lot to learn along the way. Throughout the process, Barndo delivered and built a great custom home for our family. We worked closely with Mario, who was incredibly attentive, patient, and great to work with.
