I had a wonderful time here 1/22 - 1/28/24. This is the magical quiet time when you can walk the beach for miles and see only a few other folks. The shell collecting is amazing, the views compelling and the the chance to relish quiet solitude exquisitely rare. If you want to check-out of the over connected world we live in, come here. Janis and Vince are nice people and good hosts, they help you enjoy Indian Pass and the surrounding area of Port St. Joe as much or as little as you want. Highly recommended!
This was our first time visiting the pass, and we are in love! The hosts of the Barnacle are lovely people who ensured we wanted for nothing and had all of the tips we needed for a great trip. The Barnacle itself is clean and well appointed, submersed in nature with magnificent trees, bird watching, and a great view of the sunset over the lagoon. Such a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend the Barnacle House. The owners are great as well.
Serene and beautiful property, house is very comfortable and well-appointed. Hosts Janis and Victor go out of their way to ensure guests have a great experience. Close to neighboring towns for shopping, restaurants. Good fishing !
