I took my 2 cats here to get groomed, when i dropped them off, i confirmed with the groomer as well as the owner (who was sitting near by) that i wanted a shave, a bath after the shave, and ears. They both claimed "oh yeah! We do that everytime!!" So when they called me to pick up my cats, i knew the cats had ONLY been shaved, no ears and no bath! Our baby boy is short haired so we don't take him to get groomed but we have taken him to get his nails trimmed here. The atmosphere is wonderful! Each time I have come in here I never have any nervous feelings or get worried. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our dog also enjoys the people and the other dogs! I love how they bring him in and are not scared of him like most people are (1 year old blue nose). He gets so excited to be around the other dogs.
