Incredible stay!
My husband and I just had our wedding here on 10/12/24, and I can't emphasize enough how magical of a weekend it was, largely in part to the Bark Eater Inn. Meghan and Tyler truly are the most helpful, welcoming, and gracious hosts. I speak for us as well as all our guests when I say that they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the best day ever. Stayed here for a few days in October for a friend’s wedding and the headline here is “wow”. The inn itself is homey and well kept, the owners are super friendly and helpful, and the area could not be more impressive. A number of hikes are right near by and the towns of Keene and Lake Placid are easily accessible if you want a little civilization during your visit (but you probably won’t want to cause the inn is so awesome). The Bark Eater Inn is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Adirondacks. Comfortable beds, large rooms with your own bathroom, and a peaceful atmosphere make this a perfect choice for your vacation. Farm to table breakfasts are a delicious way to start your day before exploring all the nearby mountains. When you don’t feel like driving, hike the trails on the 200 acres of the property.
We have stayed at Bark Eater Inn several times over the last few years and it is always a delight. The hosts couldn't be more gracious, as other guests have said the breakfast is wonderful and overall just a peaceful place to put yourself while enjoying the beauty of the high peaks. We look forward to our next visit!
