Friendly staff, caring surgeons and specialists!
Dr. Aragon is wonderful and the staff is friendly and professional. They will walk you through each phase. You will get all the attention you need. The Christian environment is priority for me. I know they pray before each surgery is performed. My experience was amazing. Every nurse/aide was very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this center to anyone. This is actually my second procedure by Dr. Hoehn.
They are an wonderful group of people. They offer lots of support and resources.
The nurses and nurse Practitioner are not very nice. The whole experience has been horrible. 8 weeks out and I’m puking all the time. I either feel weak dizzy from not eating or I’m puking my guts up when I do eat. Basically the surgery has made me into a bulimic person. If you’re thinking of doing the surgery don’t do it. I asked if this is normal and the nurse Practitioner said it’s because I’m not using my CPAP machine. WTF does a CPAP have to do with your stomach. I have no faith in there knowledge to help me. I hate poor pt care. So my only issue is the triage nurse. I felt like she dumped us in a room and 2 hrs later she remembered we were there. She was so happy go lucky with the family that had pigs and was like whatever when she finally come to our stall. Her demeanor was so different. Everyone else was amazing. I thank the Drs and other nurse for their smiles and welcome.
The staff is awesome. They took great care of my wife. She is home now resting. Toy, and Velvet and the other nurses are amazing they were extra sweet to my Wife. Dr. Aragon is the best. Thank You all.
I had the sleeve done and it is a wonderful tool to help control my appetite.
I definitely do not regret my decision for surgery, however, the case managers need to remember why they are there. When my surgery date was delayed for 2 1/2 weeks, my case manager Amber promised something she could not deliver. And the anesthesiologist review needs to be done before the file goes to insurance,not after. There is a lot we have to do in our lives to prepare for surgery, if they have to review every file do it in a way that does not interrupt our lives in the process. Wouldn’t that make more sense?!
