Overall, I am satisfied with this agency. I don't recall how I initially connected with this agency, with which I've had both auto and homeowner's insurance for many years. My representative has always been responsive and helpful, although I'm not entirely happy with my rates. We started to use the Barclay Group recently and WOW !!!! They are GREAT !!! We communicated with Debbie who was AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable and respond to all question in email or phone immediately.
Super helpful with getting my policy & very quick also! Very friendly in this office also 😊
