Absolutely horrible experience. I get haircuts almost every week, but because my hair is really short right now, I only needed a quick cleanup. From the moment I called, I was met with attitude and constantly talked over. The actual haircut took maybe 7 minutes and wasn’t even close to what I would consider a fade. Then I was charged $31. When I reacted and said, “Man, this is crazy expensive,” I was told I was “lucky” she didn’t charge me $39. I normally have a great experience, the stylist i had last night however missed a third of my hair. Though she was very nice and kind Im extremely disappointed because I was under the impression she did me good, due to being beat from the days work it went unnoticed and wasnt caught till this morning. I had to shave all my hair off as a result. and I dont plan to come back other than to get a refund as a result.
Ariel did a great job with me, I'm very happy with my haircut and I will definitely be coming back to her again.
