I normally have a great experience, the stylist i had last night however missed a third of my hair. Though she was very nice and kind Im extremely disappointed because I was under the impression she did me good, due to being beat from the days work it went unnoticed and wasnt caught till this morning. I had to shave all my hair off as a result. and I dont plan to come back other than to get a refund as a result.
Ariel did a great job with me, I'm very happy with my haircut and I will definitely be coming back to her again.
The person cutting my hair was great. The problem is management. I like a #6 on top and a #0 on the sides a basic haircut. I can no longer get a #0 unless I want to pay an additional $8 but if I get a #1 on the sides no extra charge. So I will be going somewhere else going forward...
