Sam always does an excellent job cutting my hair and is very detailed in making sure I look nice
I am leaving this review because of how my brother was treated during what should have been a simple haircut. He prefers minimal interaction and values personal space while receiving a service. That should never be an issue. Instead of respecting that, the barber became visibly irritated that he wasn’t responding to her questions and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
