I would give 5 stars if I could ever book an appointment with the Zhanna to get my hair cut! The last three times I tried there were none available. And for some absolutely stupid reason I cannot book ahead of the same day! Who made that decision - its costing you money. If I can't get my haircut here, I will spend my money elsewhere! So basically you only schedule same day appointments... Walk-ins. I would have a regularly scheduled cut, that the barber could rely on, but nope!
Left here today with my 5 year old because an older lady had a shitty attitude about not wanting to cut his hair. Don't say youl cut a childs hair and then complain that having to brush his hair a little is an issue.
We went to Bri the manager. She did my son’s haircut and it was so perfect. She was friendly and patient. Definitely going back to see her. Grandma said it was the cutest haircut he’s had too which says a lot. Thank you Bri!
Don’t give your contact info to The Barbers. They don’t take care of the data. Over the past year I’ve tried on 3 occasions to communicate to The Barbers that they have merged some other person’s (“Whit”) identity with my contact info (both text and email). They don’t answer their phone, they’ve ignored my written replies to their barrage of texts and emails. I called prior to coming in and told them that I had my 10 year old daughter who has a huge knot in her hair I wanted to make sure that they could get it out for her and I also wanted to make sure that they cut girls‘s hair there and they told me yes when I came in an older lady cut my daughter‘s hair and she was extremely rude she made us feel like we were not wanted there.
