Update to Lizzo response : I wasn’t going to mention how my wife feels about the hair but she is dissatisfied. My wife asked for full Blonde and Lizzo gave her highlights. Lizzo said she would charge me around 320$ , she charged me 400$. I didn’t realize I was overcharged because I only slept for 3 hours. Lizzo overcharged my husband. She told us one price and even did a consult before getting my hair done, I told her what I wanted to do and she said she would charge around $320 and it ended up charging $400!!! Why not be honest from the beginning?
