Well I won’t be going here anymore. I’ve never really had too many issues here other than to get seen you have to schedule in advance whereas most places can do walk ins. Now, though, the last couple of times I’ve been there they don’t cut your hair the way you ask—and I had a photo of it. The kicker was they charged me an additional 8 dollars—without telling me that there was an up charge—just to do a fade which should have been a part of the actual haircut. I walked in before booking to ensure someone was comfortable cutting my teenager’s very curly hair. I was reassured with, “We call that the llama look—everyone’s doing it.” That gave me enough confidence to schedule an appointment. At the appointment, I clearly explained we wanted to keep the long bangs in front, just clean up the back. I even emphasized that curly hair should not be cut wet and pulled straight, as it springs up much shorter when dry.
